Shipping Policy
We offer Free Shipping on orders over $75.
Normal order processing can take between 1-3 business days (Monday – Friday).
We ship with USPS First Class and Priority Mail.
We currently ship anywhere in the United State (including places like Guam and military bases).
Pick-up Policy
Once an order has been pulled and prepared, Kate's Art School will notify the customer that pick-up is ready. From that point on, customers have five days to pick up, or the order will be refunded and re-shelved.
Return Policy
We guarantee our customers 100% product satisfaction, or their money will be refunded in accordance with the terms of this policy. Kate’s Art School accepts returns for products with a receipt. With a few exceptions, we will reimburse you for your returned items in the same way you paid for them. Gift cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash or credit. If you used a coupon to purchase an item and decide to return that item, you'll receive a refund for the amount you paid for the item.
